About Event

DIRT RIDE 2k17 is a National level Mini-bike Design, Fabrication & amp; Racing contest. The main objective of the event is to make students to think more practical and to have hands on experience in manufacturing a new mini- bike. This in future can help them to become a great designer or even a custom designer who can create wondrous things from an old or scrap material. Since this is a team event it teaches the participants to work as a team for success and to cooperate with each other. Which are going to be a key skill sets in their future work environment. This event helps us to find out new talents and innovative ideas which are hidden among the participants may be it can even change the entire motor industry in future. This Design, Fabrication and Racing contest gives the participants a detailed and entire practical knowledge about Planning, Designing, Manufacturing, Working together and Technical problem solving capability of the vehicle.
